We provide a comprehensive range of clinical services and pharmaceutical care, tailored to the needs of individual Residential Care facilities.
Personalised Care
Our on-site medication packing facility utilises the latest automation technology to assist our pharmacists dispense, check and supply all prescribed medication accurately and in a timely manner.
We do not outsource. Unlike many other Residential Care providers, we pride ourselves on performing all our dispensing and packing within our own facility, using our own state of the art automated robotic medication dispensing system. This control ensures we can maintain a seamless supply pathway to all the Residential Care facilities we service, while allowing us to achieve one of highest accuracy rates in the industry.
Friendly and Supportive
We actively encourage a friendly and supportive relationship with all staff members of Residential Care facilities to ensure the resident’s needs are put foremost. We optimise our communication by assigning each facility with their own personalised and dedicated pharmacist.
We are certainly not the biggest Pharmacy care provider in Residential Care, however we are dedicated to remaining an industry leader. Our boutique size enables us to be agile and responsive to the needs of the residents and the facilities we are trusted to look after. We achieve this by focusing on improving each resident’s healthcare experience by individualising the service to each facility. We treat every resident, family member and staff member with the respect and dignity they are entitled to.
As part of our comprehensive service we offer no packing or delivery charges.
